Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of purchasing a Service. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] and include the following information:

Your full name, Your email address used for the purchase, The Service you are requesting a refund for, and The reason for the refund request.

All refunds for The Transformation Package must be requested prior to using your second service token. You will only be eligible for a refund if you only redeemed zero tokens, or one token. Any refunds requested after both tokens have been reedemed will be considered in bad faith and the refund may be denied. 


Refund Process


Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review your case and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider. Once we send you notification that a refund has been approved, it will have already been processed by ActEnhance. The amound of time it takes for it to reflect with your account, will depend on the method of payment used, your bank, and their processing timeframes. 


Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven't received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
